“A lot of people just view the census as a number crunching exercise the government does every ten years to count how many people are here, but it truly is the central function of deciding electoral power in our country.

…That is how the electoral votes get awarded for presidential elections. The electoral votes decide how many members of Congress come from each state…how federal funding gets allocated and distributed.”

“We believe, ultimately, states like California, Illinois, New York, Florida, probably disproportionately have some additional seats based on illegal aliens in the state.”
