How to make Delectable Pear Cheesecake

Great Recipe for a Pear Cheesecake with Vanilla Wafer Crumb Crust, every bite is delectable.

Pear Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
1-3/4 cups Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
3 oz Sugar
7 tbsp Butter, melted
Pinch of Salt

Filling:
16 oz Cream Cheese, soft
1 Egg, roomtemp
2/3 cup Sugar
1-1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
15 oz can Pear Slices, dab dry

Topping:
9 oz Sour Cream
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla

Line bottom of 9" Springform with Parchment Paper.
Combine Vanilla Wafer Crumbs with Sugar, Salt and Butter.
(Note: until it resembles wet Sand.)
Place Crumb Mixture in Springform and press down on the Bottom and up the Sides (1,5") to form Crust.
Freeze until ready to use.
Use a Mixer and cream the Cream Cheese.
Add Sugar, Egg, Vanilla, Cinnamon & Ginger.
Combine well but do not overmix.
Preheat Oven 350° F.
Spread out a thin layer of Cheese Filling on the Bottom.
Place the Pear Slices in single layer on it.
Top evenly with remaining Filling.
Bake 30 Minutes.
Combine Sour Cream, Sugar and Vanilla, whisk well.
Remove Cake from Oven, top with Sour Cream Mixture.
Continue baking for 12 Minutes.
Rest Cake on Wire Rack for 5 Minutes.
Dust Cheesecake with Cinnamon to your liking.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Cover with Foil and refrigerate, best overnight.
