One Year On: Survivors Speak Out After Israel’s Lethal Pager Attacks in Lebanon

One year after Israel’s deadly pager attacks in Lebanon, survivors are speaking about their experiences.

On September 17 and 18, 2024, Israel detonated thousands of explosives it had hidden in pagers, walkie talkies and other electronics across Lebanon – which international law exports say is a possible war crime.

About 40 people were killed, including children, and thousands wounded, some suffering permanent scarring and disabilities.
