To save you the time of watching this video, I didn't get a single bleedout kill in the window, meaning that on BO3 zombies in windows have already established a target (since enabling notarget will still cause zombies to bleedout and die, this is the proper conclusion to draw from this test, as zombies having a target is the condition for bleedout kills on previous games as well).
