3 Point Trades - PhD and Spawn Boxes

I call them 3 point trades because you hit the box at 3 points, although at PhD you do a pattern of 5 hits instead of 6, making it seem a bit less like 3 points when it actually is. This is slightly faster than the other ways of hitting these boxes, and at PhD it's kinda scary, but it's definitely doable.
