When will the Liberals draw the line on catch and release 'justice'?

The justice system is so broken, repeat offenders are being released with bail conditions that are impossible for police to enforce. MP Andrew Lawton asked the Liberal government if they will support the Conservatives' "Three Strikes, You're Out" law to keep repeat offenders behind bars.
