OCP LIVE w/ Bobby Cleveland

Today on September 19, 2025 at 12:00 pm on OCP Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey have important updates on the continuing abuse in the Department of Corrections. Reports indicate Allen Gamble had an inmate beaten beyond recognition. The report states the administration knew this inmate had been a witness against gang members but the administration ignored critical information which resulted in the inmate’s murder. A similar situation occurred at MACC. Based on reports an inmate told administrators that he was being extorted and his life was in danger. Hours later this same inmate mysteriously hung himself. What do you want to bet his death will not be worked as a murder investigation. Another unattended death occurred at DCCC and a case manager was caught with an inmate at OSR. She was walked out of the facility. The underlying problem continues to be a critical shortage of staff. The administration continues to withhold information and continues their practice of covering up incidents. We have not seen any credible plan to address officer shortages or improve conditions. Bobby reached out to Interim Director Farris to repair the relationship between OCP and the DOC administration. Sadly it appears Director Farris will continue to follow his predecessor Steven Harpe.
