Dave and Busters Turnaround

Video 615 Dave and Busters new CEO is trying a rare approach to corporate management, actually saying there is a problem and openly trying to fix it. I love to see this and it has become increasingly rare.
Accountability and transparency are rarer qualities all the time to find these days, but other companies in turn around mode like Red Lobster are having great success with it. The only big mistake the new CEO is making is relying on traditional marketing. Every smart company making a turn around is using hundreds of small creators on social media, and they should too.
