Batch Cocktails? Don't Skip This! The '4th Ingredient' you NEED to know about!

In this video, I react to a very insightful clip from Serious Eats about how when batching a cocktail, a crucial ingredient is frequently missed!

I learned a lot, and I'll have to go back and review our batched recipes to account for this (more testing will have to be done, darn it!)

Only thing I would do differently is to weigh the before and after, instead of just rely on looking at the volume - I believe that volume will get you close, but weight will help you nail it dead-on.
