AOC vs The Truth: The Debate Challenge

After Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Congress passed a resolution condemning political violence and honoring his life. The vote was overwhelmingly bipartisan: 310 members supported it.

But Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez refused. In her floor remarks, she called the resolution “reckless,” said it was pushed “on a purely partisan basis,” and even claimed it “brings great pain to the millions of Americans who endured segregation, Jim Crow, and the legacy of bigotry today.”

Here’s the truth: the resolution only condemned violence, honored the victim, and commended law enforcement. Nothing more. Nothing less.
