I think the shooter got shot!

He's got no static around his silhouette at ffirst, and then all of a sudden there's a puff around him of energy like a shot then it looks like he went limp, and fell over perhaps and the kid Tyler seen his Handler get wasted so he runs off the roof not caring about cameras cuz he's been double crossed and he got away before they could get him too! his dad is a cop what better place to run for safety? my opinion.. I hate when I'm right, like Butler and Crooks!
