Big Block Modifieds at Eldora

A National career race at Eldora Speedway on Expert difficulty. The track surface is a little choppy, typical of a dirt track. There is plenty of room for maneuverability around traffic on this wide oval. The track does get slick below the cushion after the Heats. I find the bottom fastest most of the night, and by the Feature the top is very close to the bottom if not slightly faster.

A good caution free race. Moderately good traffic navigation this race. I did bump into a couple cars, but nothing bad. I had Larry Wight come off the bottom and pinch me off into the wall and it upset the car enough that I got into the next corner wall decently, so I did dive back down and give him a right rear fender for a present. Got into the wall a couple times as well coming off of 4 as the car likes to slide up off that corner and other cars can take the air off the nose of the car. Overall though the race was quite good with sliders and dive bombs. I do need a little more bite off the corners, without tightening the car too much.
