The Viral Krunchoco Cake

Ingredients

For the Cake:
2 eggs
1 pack vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup warm milk
1 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder

To Soak the Cake:

1/2 cup cold store-bought or homemade chocolate milk

For the Toppings:

Cream Layer:
1/2 cup whipping cream
250g mascarpone (or cream cheese)
1-2 tbsp condensed milk (adjust sweetness to taste)

Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
Dark and regular chocolate (equal parts)

Crispy Chocolate Topping:
Rice Krispies
Melted chocolate
Cocoa powder

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, and sugar until well combined. Add warm chocolate milk and mix.
Sift in flour and cocoa powder, folding gently until smooth.
Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool slightly, then poke small holes with a fork. Pour cold store-bought chocolate milk evenly over the cake. Let it absorb completely.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in mascarpone (or cream cheese) and condensed milk. Chill until needed.

Heat heavy cream in the microwave until warm (not boiling). Add chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.

Mix Rice Krispies with melted chocolate. Add cocoa powder and shake until fully coated.

Assemble:
Spread the cream mixture over the soaked cake.
Pour the chocolate ganache on top.
Sprinkle the crispy chocolate Rice Krispies for the final touch.

Chill before serving for the best texture. Enjoy! ♥️
