▬ ABOUT US ▬
We are Rich & Kathie, a retired husband and wife team who decided to make the leap from the suburbs of Long Island to build an off-grid homestead from raw land in the Adirondacks. We are both creative and strive to DIY and repurpose anything we can as we build our green roof home and homestead from scratch. We love trying new things and will share not only what we know, but also what we learn, and make up, as we go!

Join us on our journey to creating a simpler, healthier, and happier life, but remember, simple doesn't mean easy!
