Nightmare for Russians_ drones blew up oil refinery in Saratov for the second time in a week

The suicide drone strike caused an explosion and fire at the facility, known as the Cracking Plant and part of Rosneft. The drone strikes reportedly damaged the ELOU-AVT-11 primary processing unit at the plant, which processes 7 million tons of oil per year. Saratov Oblast is located approximately 1,000 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
