Striking & Movement Integration – kettlebell lifts combined with punching, elbowing, and kicking mechanics to simulate combat application.
Padwork & Flow Training – kettlebells used alongside martial movement to develop power endurance, with shadow striking woven into the drills.
Conditioning Circuits – Cotter leads extended sets (work:rest style) that push both muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
