I'd like to express my gratitude to the Oak Ridge police department for their kindness and compassion during a stressful time. The officer who helped me was exceptional - she listened attentively, showed genuine concern, and treated me with respect. I appreciate the Oak Ridge PD's dedication to their community and their commitment to serving with kindness and compassion. As a writer, I'm currently working on a Halloween story set in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and I'm striving to portray the town in a positive light. I'm also passionate about giving back to the community, particularly veterans, the police & fire department, and other first responders who have made a significant impact on my life as a 9/11 eyewitness. Furthermore, I'm committed to supporting individuals who are neurodivergent, like myself, and raising awareness about ADHD, OCD, and autism.
