How was the church produced to be the bride of Christ? According to Genesis 2 and John 19, the church as the bride, the wife of Christ, was produced by Christ's death and resurrection (typified by Adam's sleep and Eve being built out of his rib by God). Wow, when Christ died on the cross, He shed His blood for our redemption and He released His divine life to produce and build up the church! Praise the Lord! Today we can apply His precious blood and enjoy His life to be built up as the bride of Christ, the church! Lord Jesus, may Your life grow in us, flow in us, and build us up as Your counterpart, the bride of Christ!
