9/19/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Police & Civilian Gangstalking PERPS Loiter

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Once again, the police uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators loiter far too long and get themselves collected and shared internationally. That is fine with me because I need fresh new batches of gangstalking perps and collaborators before I go off to those online and offline meetings with my international group associates from everywhere. It does not look good for me to show up empty handed in front of the others.

I have a certain amount of mystique about me due to my past as a Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former reginal executive member of a major political party, among other higher social status roles. My factions of government/corporation official friends and the other international group members expect a certain level of productivity from me because of my societal status of not being just some other nobody among the general population. I would never willingly underperform to embarrass myself and my social class on purpose.

The parts of this video you all should be looking at closely are the two excessively loitering gangstalking perpetrator vehicles. The first blue vehicle is the one loitering in the white parking lot with lights on for about 25+ minutes, and the white/silver car loitering in front of the parking lot entrance at night to only suddenly need to leave really fast as I drove up to it to record and share that vehicle. The key thing to watch for is the excessive perp car loitering, and the suddenly need to escape impending internet fame after loitering for so long. Those are some of the signs of organized harassment, gangstalking perps and collaborators.

The flashing blue and red police car lights are just some cops that I want to collect and share because some of the other global group members have a fetish with police, ambulance, fire, military, and other uniforms even more than I. I just want to gain some extra favor participation points with them. I have to make sure my videos has something for every taste among my international audiences.

I will be going out to meet with some of my associates in person, after meeting with the others online. Oh, I intend to be sharing my videos and photographs like I am handing out free candy to everyone.
