Cameroon separatist unrest: Fighters threaten schools in English-speaking areas

Armed separatists in Cameroon have threatened to attack schools in English-speaking regions if they reopen ahead of the presidential election next month. The fighters declared an independent state in 2017, accusing the predominantly French-speaking government of ignoring their linguistic and political rights.
