Megyn Kelly: He keeps attacking MAGA, attacking MAGA as if we were working very hard to capitalize on the murder of Charlie Kirk. We want capital… we are in mourning, you fucking asshole. We are not capitalizing on Charlie’s death, we are in mourning. You leftist losers are out there trying to blame us for his death, trying to tarnish his legacy, and we are trying to correct you and to set the record straight. And for once we are fighting back, that’s what you’re talking about, you’re just not used to it.

By Wednesday, Disney and ABC were now in crisis because, according to The Hollywood Reporter, The Wall Street Journal, and CNN, the phone lines were ringing off the hook. They were upset. They too were feeling the vibe shift that we’ve felt since Trump’s election. And they had had enough of this nonstop communist-leftist programming across their airwaves. From The View in the morning straight through to Kimmel at night, and don’t even get me started on David Muir.

Then Brendan Carr went on Benny Johnson’s podcast and said: enough is enough. These affiliates really do need to take seriously their obligation to protect the public interest when they decide what goes on their airwaves, and they need to stand firm. It was like saying: look, we can do this the hard way or the easy way, which sounded like “I will get involved if I have to.” But he hadn’t yet.

And then everyone started calling ABC saying: we’re out, we don’t want Jimmy Kimmel, we’re out, we’re not airing him tonight. Yes, there was one group, Nexstar, which does have a merger pending that needs FCC approval. Got it. But then came Sinclair. They don’t. They don’t have a merger. They felt exactly the same as Nexstar. We don’t want him. And we certainly don’t want him going back out there, as we’ve now learned. And not only tripling down on the message but turning it into yet another attack on MAGA.

He was going to attack MAGA again. He was going to go out there and say his words were being deliberately twisted by MAGA. That’s how Elizabeth Wagmeister, a CNN reporter, described it. Jimmy’s plan was to go on his show last night and in his monologue address the backlash from the right regarding his commentary about Charlie Kirk’s accused killer.

And I heard that monologue was very heated, that it really took aim at MAGA. And that’s when the executives said: we can’t have him go on the air tonight. So Disney pulled the plug.

They called Jimmy. They had been speaking to him for hours saying: could you please tone it down, you complete loser? Those are my words. And he wouldn’t. So you know what? They told him: you don’t own ABC, you don’t own Disney, and we are indefinitely suspending you until you can get your ship back together.
