Has anyone actually made significant money posting on 'X'? 🤔

A 21-year-old 'X' user, Kanav, claims that posting on 'X' pays him more than a typical tier-3 college placement. His viral post, complete with payment screenshots, has sparked discussion online.

Kanav also shared a screenshot showing nearly Rs 32,000 earned from 'X' in August 2025.

Coincidentally, a few days ago, X’s Product Head tweeted about how creators can generate revenue on the platform.

But how does 'X' pay its creators?

Under X’s Creator Revenue Sharing Program, eligible users can earn ad revenue from replies to their posts. To qualify, a user must have a Premium subscription, at least 5 million organic impressions in the past three months, and at least 500 verified followers.
