#496 Machining heat sink of SB-230 for GI-7B mod

Upgrade close to completion. Finished machining and fitting heat sink and tube. Waiting on one last component to arrive Monday to complete the amp and start testing. Also, a small tribute in honor of Charlie Kirk.
