First Room Despawns == 100 Possible

Would have to play no jug/no QR for like 70 hours.

Any time a spider spawns it takes 1 away from zombies remaining, and zombies despawn if you're 2 zones away from them and looking away. Since there are 3 zones in the first room, you can abuse the spider spawns removing zombies from zombies remaining and advance through rounds in spite of the zombies' health increasing every round.
