Micah Bible Study

The book of Micah delivers a mixed message of severe judgment against Israel and Judah for their social injustice, corruption, and idolatry, and a prophecy of future hope, restoration, and the reign of a coming Messiah from Bethlehem. The prophet condemns corrupt leaders and exploits the wealthy who oppress the poor, calling the people to "do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God". It concludes with God's assurance of forgiveness and redemption for the faithful remnant who repent and return to Him
