Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we take a look at the ten days of persecution endured by the first century church.

Here's an interesting question. Why would the LORD God Almighty allow wicked people to persecute His children?

Since we understand according to Ephesians 1 that the Lord does all things for the praise of His own glory, how then can He receive glory His own children to be martyred?

Do you remember the theme of the entire Bible? Please allow me to put you in remembrance.
1. God is revealing His attributes
2. God is revealing His reconciliation plan
3. God is revealing His Redeemer

Now with those three things in mind, go back and ask that question again. How can the LORD God receive glory out of His children being persecuted and martyred?

Are there attributes of God is being revealed?
Is what is being allowed part of God's reconciliation plan?
Is Christ being revealed and glorified?

The answer to all three questions is yes. Okay, then that's the answer to how God is being glorified through our suffering and persecution.

Today's study is 1 hour and 34 minutes in duration. I have broken it into eight segments. This is segment 8 of 8 titled The five crowns represent Christ In what way? Part 2
