The court ruled against every motion made by petitioners. Incredibly, another case has surfaced grandmother takes her grandchild to a doctor due to obvious abuse. It is our understanding the doctor told the grandmother Payne County officials cannot be trusted and the doctor took the child to law enforcement in another county. Allegations of abuse were substantiated and the child was placed in state custody. The Payne District Attorney and Judge had the grandmother arrested for taking the child out of the county.
