Ummm… 🚽😬 why did they do THIS to the toilets! Come take a look 😳

I went out to do a check-up on a recently vacated property, and what I found was… bizarre. The toilets had been tampered with in a way that just doesn’t make sense.

Why would tenants do this? 🤔 Was it intentional? Lazy? Or just strange behavior? Either way, it’s not acceptable and now it’s something we have to address before the home is move-in ready.

💡 Why this matters in property management:

Move-out inspections are critical because you never know what you’ll find — from minor messes to big, unusual issues.

Even “small” problems like toilet damage can delay turnover and cost homeowners money in repairs or replacements.

Documenting odd or intentional damage is key for charging against the security deposit or pursuing further action if needed.

👉 Property management isn’t just collecting rent. It’s walking into surprises, solving problems, and keeping homeowners protected while ensuring future tenants get a safe, functional home.

This one definitely left me scratching my head, but we’ll get it fixed.
