💼 Headed to meet a homeowner… but of course, my son had to stop for the garbage truck show 🚛😅

Headed out today to meet with a homeowner and discuss his rental property. This is an important part of property management — sitting down with owners to review the home, talk about expectations, and plan the next steps for leasing or management.

But before I even made it to the door, something caught my son’s attention… the garbage truck! 🗑️🚛 We had to stop and watch as it picked up the trash and dumped it into the haul. Sometimes the little moments of the day make the biggest impressions.

💡 Why this matters in property management:

Meeting with homeowners face-to-face builds trust and communication.

Having kids along reminds me this business is also about family, balance, and enjoying small moments.

Even during busy days, life has a way of adding a little humor and fun into the mix.

👉 After the garbage truck entertainment, it was back to business — reviewing the property and planning how to make it market-ready. Another reminder that property management is both professional and personal, full of surprises big and small.
