Spiritual Warfare that Isn't Baloney. From Before Adam, to Moses, and the Triumph of Christ

Most of what is taught in "Spiritual Warfare" ministries these days seems to be mostly silliness. So much so that a lot of serious people ignore the subject. But this may be a mistake. The church has always taught that Mankind has an adversary. What's the serious and scripural approach to Spiritual Warfare?
