In the city of Pittsburgh, a new hero takes to the streets to clean up crime. His name? VORTEX! As this new vigilante patrols the streets, he finds himself face-to-face with a powerful villain named Hobo, but does Vortex have what it takes to stop this one-man demolition crew??
