Liam St. John and Justin have been jamming together for years, and he just released his brand new album, Man of the North. I had the honor of playing lead guitar on the record, and it turned out absolutely killer.

A couple days after we shared the stage for his album release show here in Nashville, we headed over to my home studio to capture some Back Porch Blues Sessions. This video is the very first tune we laid down — “Diving Duck Blues” by Sleepy John Estes.

Liam is a powerhouse rock & roll vocalist, but he feels just as natural diving into that old-school Delta Blues. I’m excited to share this one with you, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did recording it.
