Charlie Kirk Memorial: Dr. Frank Turek

Dr. Frank Turek is an American Christian apologist, author, public speaker, and radio host who is the founder and president of CrossExamined.org.

He is the co-author of "I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist" and "Legislating Morality" with Norman Geisler, and the author of "Stealing from God, Correct, Not Politically Correct," and "Hollywood Heroes: How Your Favorite Movies Reveal God."

Dr. Turek was a close friend and mentor to conservative activist Charlie Kirk, and he was present during the fatal shooting of Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.

During the September 21, 2025 memorial, Dr. Turek emphatically points out that "Charlie is in heaven... not because he was a great father and husband. Not because he saved millions of kids of out darkness on college campuses... Not because he sacrificed himself for his Savior. Charlie Kirk is in heaven because his Savior sacrificed Himself for Charlie Kirk."
