DO WE TRULY RECOGNIZE JESUS?

10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY PRECIOUS FRIENDS!!!
You know guys, there's something about this passage of scripture this morning, that really got me to thinking about whether or not I truly recognized Jesus. Like what happened with Queen Elizabeth, I often wonder in what ways I fail to recognize Jesus in my own life. Do I recognize Jesus for who he truly is, or am I like the disciples who handed Jesus the camera to take a picture of themselves, and fail to recognize just who He is? I know Jesus as my savior, but do I see him as my Lord and King?

I think that's why I am so incredibly challenged by this question from this morning's devotional, and I had to share it with you tonight. Please read this question carefully, and I pray that God will challenge your heart through them.

What would you say to Jesus if you met Him on a picnic trip?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things God has put on my heart not just after reading this passage of scripture, but in other ways, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that you really carefully listen to what I have to say. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to ask you this very serious and important question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you not only think about it, but that you act on it.

Who do you understand Him to be?

If Jesus were here right now guys, how would you respond to Him? In particular, how would you respond to Jesus if you didn't recognize Him? What if he were wearing dirty, muddy, and smelly Clothing? What if he was a homeless beggar, or dressed like somebody from the ghetto? How would you respond to Him if He were dressed in any of these categories? Would you truly recognize Him? My prayer is that you would respond with more than mere recognition, but that you would go out of your way to help that person, because every person out there that dresses or looks like this is someone that we're called to help! But most of all my friends, I pray that if somebody who is reading this, doesn't know Christ as their savior, that they will realize and recognize their need for Jesus and accept Him into their hearts today.
