Dan Hartman Wrongful Death Suit Against Pfizer - September Update

Dan Hartman, as you may remember, is a fearless father who has a chilling and heartbreaking story. Dan Hartman strongly believes his son Sean was killed by the COVID shot, and he is suing Pfizer and the Government of Canada for justice.

As we've seen from the death of Charlie Kirk, your legacy lives on after you die, and though a terrible tragedy, a person's death can have a huge impact on the world. Dan is hoping that in his pursuit of Justice 4 Sean, and Answers 4 Sean, Sean's needless death will have a huge impact on the world, and will aid others seeking justice as well.

Dan received some bad news earlier this year. He says the court let the government off the hook. The government had moved to have their part of the case struck (shut down), and the court agreed with them to dismiss the case. Dan says the court ruled the government did not have a standard of care with regards to his son, Sean.

Dan appealed this ruling and they have an appeal date set for this January! Dan says it will be in front of 3 judges (instead of 1), and if he wins, he will be able to proceed with his lawsuit against Health Canada!

Regardless of how the appeal turns out, the good news is that his case against Pfizer is still on (arguably the most important part). Dan says Pfizer has not moved to have anything struck, and Dan speculates that they want to continue working with him to make some kind of a deal to avoid having to release evidence in court.
