556 How many people can one person manage? With over twenty years of experience, I can tell you that managing over 12 will end badly. You can’t connect, stay on top of issues, and stay ahead of more then 12 individuals effectively.
You might have 200 people ultimately reporting to you, it with managers underneath you to help manage them.
