When Churches Turn Away the Broken, God Still Sees Them

Many people fall into drugs, alcohol, and destructive habits because of wounds they never caused. Abused, mistreated, or discarded like trash, they carry pain for 30–40 years and suffer righteously for something they did not do. Too often, churches look down on such people, judging them as worthless and unworthy of fellowship.

But God still sees them. Even in the gutter, their prayers rise to heaven. The Lord knows their suffering, and He has promised that if one suffers wrongfully and takes it patiently, this is acceptable with Him. At the Judgment Seat of Christ, God will credit righteous suffering—even when the world and the church turn away.

This message is a call to compassion, reminding us that while men may despise, the Lord draws near to the brokenhearted.
