142 countries supported a two-state solution and the creation of an independent Palestinian state, while only 10 countries including the United States and Argentina opposed it.

The 10 countries that voted against the UNGA resolution on the two-state solution: Argentina, Hungary, Israel, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Tonga, United States.
