Completed "The Envoy" mission chain. Acquired Envoy and filled it with crew. Sent the Envoy to trade Advanced Satellites. Bought some miners. Purchased a Heracles Vanguard (Builder). I head towards the Highway Construction Site in the Sanctuary of Darkness.
