Welcome to Day 2 of 7 in Faithful Citizenship: Honoring God in a Divided World!

Ever been frustrated with a boss, coach, or politician and thought, “Why should I respect them?”
You’re not alone—we’ve all felt that tension.

Romans 13:1 gives us a challenging reminder:
📖 “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established.”

Respecting authority doesn’t mean blind obedience or pretending everything is okay.
It means trusting that God is still in control, even when leaders fail or politics seem broken.

The world says, “If you don’t like it, tear it down.”
Jesus says, “Honor where you can, stand firm where you must, and trust Me through it all.”

Pause today and pray for those in leadership—whether you voted for them or not.
Let’s reflect Jesus through how we respond in a divided world.

⚡ Tomorrow, join me for Day 3 as we talk about loving our neighbors across political lines, even when it feels impossible.
