I just finished watching Tectone’s video on Hasan Piker, and I’m with him. Hasan has built a huge platform — and with that comes responsibility. In this reaction I walk through the clips Tectone shared, the pattern of incendiary statements, and why saying “it’s just rhetoric” isn’t good enough when people get hurt. I defend Tectone’s call for accountability: you can be bold and opinionated, but you can’t repeatedly flirt with calls for violence or normalize dehumanizing language without answering for it. This video is about holding popular voices to a higher standard — not silencing debate, but demanding consistency and decency.

Tectone’s critique of Hasan followed a viral response to Hasan’s commentary around the Charlie Kirk story and other past clips that many found extreme.
