I recorded this video as I watched it.

I would not swear the guy is drunk, but wouldn't swear he isn't either!
He is a psychotic #Tyrant that needs some sense knocked into him!

I don't know where he gets the notion he can put his hands on people!
One swift punch in the teeth, and I bet he'd stop that!
It'd slow him way down for sure!

The guy is too used to "being in control" over the peasantry
locking them up at will, based on lies, or for #Crimes the Police committed
against them, but they'll claim YOU did it to them and charge you with 6 felonies!

They need to possibly hang someone who'd do that!
That is a crime folks, a serious one.
