In New York, police stopped Macron's motorcade

An interesting incident involving diplomatic motorcades occurred in New York on the eve of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly. While all roads were blocked for US President Donald Trump's motorcade, French President Emmanuel Macron's car was also stopped by police.

Macron was forced to call Trump and tell him he was waiting on the road, but this was to no avail.
