Slow to heal,

Maybe Cancer , It's ok I'm already old. Doctors in Cambodia not the best. Could get care from the VA but would have to go back to The States or American territory. Guam is closest place. I'd have to live in some shelter, I've done that before and would just about as soon to take the chance of death. Grok says it looks like a skin cancer. I was trying to save money for dental care. All my teeth are bad and that's not covered for VA or Medicare. It only covers having teeth taken out not even for dentures much less implants. Here in Cambodia Implants are cheap compared to the rest of the world. Quality unsure.. Don't expect to get a yes answer but may ask HHS or VA in Guam if there is at any level some Doctor who might review this Video and give advice.
