'It was like the end of the world' says witness of Typhoon Ragasa

An eyewitness on Tuesday (September 23) described the extreme weather from Super Typhoon Ragasa - the world's most powerful tropical typhoon this year - slamming into Taiwan’s remote Orchid Island “like the end of the world”.  Hana Tsai, a Taipei resident on a working holiday on Orchid Island described what she saw.
