Subjects Discussed:
1 - Heaven is a choice we can in any moment make.
2 - Hell is also a choice, that through free will, we can make.
3 - Our goal in every interaction is to choose heaven over hell, love over fear, light over darkness.
4 - The split mind, the Holy Spirit(heaven-eternal-real) and the ego(hell-temporal, our past programming-unreal)
5 - Opposites are useful in duality, to better figure out what is real and what is unreal.
6 - In duality we think we have a choice - in reality the only choice is love.
7 - You can make you life heaven or hell on earth by the choices you make.
8 - The Holy Spirit uses time for healing. The ego uses it to separate you from your Source/Love through things like self judgment, anger and resentment.
9 - You were created to be a light in the world, to choose in alignment with God/Love.
10 - There is only one decision to make - does it bring me peace/how can I be love now.
11 - You are not doubt. If you have doubt, know that it is the ego who is in control of your thinking. In such a case invite God to decide for you which will offer you clarity and peace.
12 - One who is in alignment with the mind of God does not judge another person's "truth". You are just meant to align with Love and be that for them.
13 - Decision come from what you believe. If you belief in Love, your actions will be loving in nature. if your belief is in the ego, your decisions will be judgment centric and fear based.
14 - What ever you belief you will experience.
15 - Whatever you belief in side you will see reflected out side.
16 - The Holy Spirit will use your trauma to heal and awaken and heal and awaken others.
17 - The ego and the Holy Spirit see PTSD differently, ego uses to reinforce it and it uses to hurt you.
18 - All truth is already within you. All you need do is recall it.
19 - Complication is of the ego. Simplicity is of God. You are always are simply making the choice between heaven and hell.
20 - Time is for healing according to the Holy Spirit. Time according to the ego is to judge you and others for the pace of your awakening.
21 - What the ego uses to hurt the Holy Spirit uses to heal.
22 - Time has a holy purpose to help you grow, heal and awaken at your own sacred pace. This is not a rat race as the ego would have you think.
23 - The ego's intension of time is to make hell/judging self or others/anger/resentment/fear/anxiousness seem real.
24 - The ego protect its tools by making you believe that they can be useful to you.
25 - Your belief/time/focus and energy in the ego's tools save the ego from its destruction.
26 - The choice between sanity(God) and insanity(ego) in any moment is yours to make.
27 - Learn what the tools of the ego and God are. The quicker you can recognize when you are using the ego's tools the less time you will need to remain there.
28 - No matter how "bad" or "unloving" your decision is, God will fine a way to use it for good. The ego would have you carry pain, guilt and shame. God sees only your growth, healing and awakening process.
29 - You experience pain, guilt and shame not because of what happened but because of how you define what happened, through the ego's lens. Redefine the situation through God's lens and you will only see your growth.
30 - Learn to override the ego's first response by learning to use instead God's loving tools.
31 - Learn which tools lead you to heaven or away from it.
32 - Mistakes are only for correction, they are not to be carried with hurt, guilt and shame.
33 - Learn to recognize that the ego's tools are simply lies we have been taught as true.
34 - All the ego's tools being in opposition to God/Love/Truth is nothing, not real, not true, unworthy of your time and unworthy of you.
35 - The more you choose in alignment with the heavenly state of mind the less time you will have to choose in alignment with hell.
36 - Bring your misperception to the surface light so that it can be understood, forgiven, healed and let go.
37 - When you wake up, get on your knees, spend 5 minutes with God, and ask Him to lead you, to make the decision for heaven.

10. The conscious choice of Heaven is as sure as is the ending of the fear of hell,...
