There Are Still Two Commodore Companies?

Perhaps this has been addressed somewhere and I just haven't seen it yet, but I was contacted by an employee of Commodore Industries out of Italy, and they are saying that they still exist as Commodore, which is separate from the "new" Commodore that was recently organized by Christian Simpson.
