Video 623 Stop talking about politics and religion at work! In all my 23 years on HR I have never seen one of these discussions cause a positive outcome. What you get is hurt feelings, negative perceptions of people, and HR Complaints. There is no benefit to brining this into the workplace, only downsides.
These opinions for people are deeply entrenched and will not change in a five minute discussion at work.
