This 45-minute pilates sculpt workout covers all the bases with strength, coordination, core engagement and connectivity. It weaves traditional pilates movements in with barre-inspired sculpt movements using a mini-band, barre ball or towel, and light hand weights for extra work originating from the 'powerhouse'; you may want a thick mat for optimal spinal support. No shoes and no impact in today's workout so it's perfect for small spaces and travel workouts.
