“Secret” COVID-19 Pandemic Litigations Shifting Towards Broadcast Merger Mega Deals

WASHINGTON (September 23, 2025)—Early voting is underway in Virginia, and, according to reports, Virginia Democrats appear to have a burning sense of urgency, breaking records in getting out the vote, over and done, but what’s the rush?
